Some users may receive an error when trying to install a software update:
It is caused because the software is still running on the PC when trying to install the update. In some rare cases, the JX software icon appears closed but the software is still running in the background. You can easily fix this by closing the process through Windows Task Manager or by simply restarting your PC.
Open the ‘Task Manager’ app from Windows search bar, then locate any instances of WinTI5000JX under the Details tab and click End Task. After all instances of WinTI5000JX are closed, then the software can install correctly.
